2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept FPX, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, Touch n Go, and Boost.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Malaysia and internationally. Delivery times vary by location. Free shipping is available for orders above RM150 within Malaysia. International shipping rates apply for overseas orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or defective. Please contact info@jeenys.my with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on jeenys.my including logos, images, and text is the property of JH Infinity Sdn. Bhd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

JH Infinity Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
