Cooking Method:
1.Evenly coat 500g of fish with 100g of grilled fish paste.
2.Wrap the fish with banana leaf.
3.Heat a little cooking oil in a pan and grill the fish over medium heat for 8-12 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4.Wrap the fish in aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
