Cooking Method:
1.Heat up a pot and pour 1 packet (100g) of paste into the pot and sauté with 500g chicken,beef or mutton for 10 minutes.
2.Add 400ml of water into the pot and cook until the chicken,beefor mutton becomes tender.
3.Add 30ml of coconut milk and stir well.
4.Add somekaffirlime leaves and turmeric leaves into the dish to give aroma in the cooking. Ready to serve!
