3. Masukkan 30ml santan dan gaul hingga sebati.
4. Tambahkan hirisan daun limau purut dan daun kunyit kedalam masakan untuk menambah aroma dalam masakan.

Palm Oil, Coconut Shredded, Onion, Spices, Garlic, Tamarind, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Flavoue Enhancer (INS 621, INS 270).

1. Heat up a pot and pour 1 packet (100g) of paste into a pot, and saute with 500g of chicken, beef or mutton for 10 minutes.
2. Add 400ml of water into the pot and cook till the chicken, beef or mutton tenderize.
3. Add 30ml of coconut milk and mix well.
4. Slice some kaffir lime leaves and turmeric leaves and add into the dish.
* Rendang Minang is ready to be served. Serve it with rice or coconut rice as the main dish.
* Ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked and the Rendang sauce has absorbed well before serving.
* Enjoy your meal!
